Juicy and refreshing, Navel
Oranges are considered by many to be the best oranges
in the world for eating out of hand. These sweet,
seedless oranges have a thick meaty flesh, with rinds
that are easy to peel. Navel Oranges are characterized
by the development of a small secondary fruit in the
blossom end of the main fruit, which causes a small
hole that resembles a navel.

Known as the “Summer”
Oranges, Valencia Oranges are characterized by their
thinner skin with some seeds, Valencia’s are
excellent for juicing. Valencia Oranges are grown
in California and Arizona and are subject to what
experts call “regreening”. Warm ground
temperatures cause the chlorophyll to return to
the surface of the skin. The color of the skin has
no effect on the sweetness of the fruit. These oranges
are fully ripe, sweet and delicious.

Named
for the way the fruit grows in clusters, Grapefruit
is a medium to large citrus fruit. Grapefruit has
no fat, cholesterol, iron or sodium and is rich

white to amber flesh of the Marsh White, the pink
to reddish colored flesh of the Ruby Red, or the
red flesh of the Flame, you’ll get great taste

A cross between a grapefruit
and a tangerine, Minneolas have a very unique flavor.
Deep orange in color, Minneolas have few seeds, are
very easy to peel and are full of juice.

Clementine Mandarins are
prized for their complex flavor and perfect balance
between tartness and sweetness. They are a cross between
a sweet orange and a Chinese
mandarin, are small, very sweet, and usually seedless.
They are an excellent source of Vitamin C and Fiber.
